Abstract：Aiming atthe problems of lowpower densityandhigh noise in theapplication of massgechair motor，a high powerdensitypermanentmagnetsynchronousmotorisdesignedbystudyingandanalyzingthestructure，electromagnetic distribution，technologyandmaterialselectionofpermanentmagnetsynchronousotorappliedtomassgechair.Afterprototype trialproductionexperimentandtest，allperformanceindexesmetthedesignrequirements，powerdensityreachesmorethan 100W/kg，realizing miniaturization and lightweight under high power density.
