Abstract:Aiming atthe problems of lowpower densityandhigh noise in theapplication of massgechair motor,a high powerdensitypermanentmagnetsynchronousmotorisdesignedbystudyingandanalyzingthestructure,electromagnetic distribution,technologyandmaterialselectionofpermanentmagnetsynchronousotorappliedtomassgechair.Afterprototype trialproductionexperimentandtest,allperformanceindexesmetthedesignrequirements,powerdensityreachesmorethan 100W/kg,realizing miniaturization and lightweight under high power density.
