Abstract：Cryogenicwindtunneltestingrequiresthetestmodelfilermaterialanditsstructure tohavesizestability， structuralreliabilityandhighsurfaceroughnessunderlowtemperature，presureandloadconditions.Conventionalwindtunel fillingmatrialscannotmetterequirementsoflow-tmperaturetesting，thedesignpaametersoftefilingstructurenedtobe optimized，andthefllngprocessnedstoeverifedunderestconditions.Troughfillngprocessestsandstaticnddamic teststudiesundernomalandlowtemperatureenvironments，theselectionandverificationofthefouralternativefilingmaterials andfillngstructureswithdiferentdesignparameterswerecariedoutandthefillngmaterialbrandandthefiling processuitableforlow-temperaturewindtuneltestmodelswasobtained，andtherecommendedparameterrangeforlowtemperature model filling structure design are given.
