Abstract：Aimingattheproblem thattheserving methodof existing badminton training machinescausesgreat damage to badminton，anewbadmintontrainingmachinebasedonpneumaticservingisdesigned.Thisdesignusesapneumaticcylinderto pushanelasticsteelsheetoconvertelasticpotentialenergyintokineticenergytocompletetheservingaction，ffectively reducingdamage tothefeatherandextending theservice lifeofthebadminton.Combinedwith theweight，shapeandother parametersofthebadminton，selectingapropriatematerialsanddesigningrelevantparts，andusing SolidWorkssoftwaretobuild abasicstructuralmodel tocompletethemechanical structuredesignof theserving deviceandservingangleadjustmentdevice， which can improve the performance of the training machineand meet training and entertainment needs.
