基于小波滤波听觉注意的中潜伏期电位研究

Abstract:Thestudyaimstoexploretheimpactofauditoryatention-basedwaveletfilteringonMidde-latencyAuditory EvokedPotentialsandimprovetheperformanceoftheauditorybrain-computerinterface(BCI).Theexperimentrecruited8 healthyvoluntees,colectedtheirEEGsignalsbydesigningrandomswitchingbetweenconcentrationandrelaxation,andaplied band-passflteringandwaveletfiltering forpreprocessingandfeatureextraction.Using theclasificatonmethodcombining support vector machine(SVM) and linear classifier,the clasification accuracyrate of experimental data reaches 78.07% , among whichtheaccuracyrateoffocusedstateisbeterthanthatofrelaxedstate.Theresultsdemonstratethatauditoryatention significantlymodulatesAuditoryEvokedPotentials(AEPs),andtheproposedmethodoferspracticalimplicationsforthe development and application of auditory BCI.
