半干法循环流化床超低排放技术研究

Abstract:Asglobalenvironmentalregulationscontiuetotighten,achievingultra-lowemissionsfromcoal-firedunitshas becomeacorechalengeforthepowerindustry.Semi-drycirculatingfluidizedbedultra-lowemissontechnologyisbasedonthe principleofgassolidfluidizationandshowssignficantadvantagesindesulfurization,dentrificationanddustremovalthrougha multi-polltantcollborativecontrolmechanism.Thepapersystematicallydescribesthereactionmechanism,keyprocess parametersanditsaplicationfciencyinultra-lowemissonsofthetechnology.Combinedwiththetransformationcaseofa 300MWunit,it verifies itsability to meetthestandardsof pollutant emissionconcentrations (SO 2 <30mg/m³,NO Δx <40mg/m³, particulate matter <8mg/m⋅ ).By analyzing technical bottlenecksand equipment durability issues,,the developmentpath of intellgentcontrolandmulti-technologycouplingisproposedtoprovidepracticalreferenceforthegreetransformationofthe power industry.
