Abstract:Inorderto stabilizewindpowerfluctuations whiletakingintoaccountthestateof charge (SOC)ofenergy storage, modelpredictivecontrol(MPC)isusedtoobtainwindpowergrid-connectedpower;accordingtothediferentcharacteristisof hybrideergystorage,the ImprovedComplete EnsembleEmpirical ModeDecompositionwithAdaptiveNoise(ICEEMDAN)is adoptedtoreasonablyalocatethereal-timepowerbetweelithiumbateriesandflywheel.Onthisbasis,afullifecyclecost modelofhybridenergystorageisestablished,incorporatingtherevenuefromelectricitysalesandcarbontradingintothe objectivefunction,andthenamodelthatcomprehensivelyconsidersthecomprehensivebenefitsofthewindandstoragejoint systemduringtheentirelifecycleisconstructed.Theadaptiveparticleswarmoptimizationalgorithmisusedtosolvetheenergy storagecapacityconfiguration;asimulationanalysisismadeusingtheactual powerdataof the4OMWwindfarm,which proves thattheuseof MPCcanachieveearlycontrol,andtheflywheelandlithiumbateryareconducivetoimproving thenetbenefits of the wind storage combined system.
