Abstract：Withthedevelopmentof5GInternettechnology，thepopularizationofmobilesmartterminals，andthe developmentandaplicationof informationtechnology，mobileoflinedatatechnologyisbecomingmoreandmorewidelyusedin outdooroperationsinpower，railways，highwaysandotherindustres.Basedonpracticalworkexperienceandcaseanalysis，this paperdiscusestheresearchandapplicationofmobileoflinetechnologyintheuninterruptedoperationmanagementandcontrol system，includingequipmentinspection，quipmentmaintenance，maintenanceplanformulationandonsiteguidance.Thisaticle introducesthesignificanceandaplicationscenariosofoffineaplications，implementationtechnicalarchitecture，andhowto ensuredatasecurity.Atthesametime，somesuggestionswerealsoputforward，suchasstrengtheningthetrainingandpromotion ofmobileoflinetechnologyandestablishingasounddatamanagementmechanismtobeterplaytheroleofmobileofline technology in the uninterrupted operation management and control system.
