Abstract:Inviewofthelargevibrationandnoise,shortservicelifeofexistingbeltconveyorrolerswhenrunningathigh beltspeeds,andthecurentdemandforhigh-peformancerolers,thispaperexpoundsindetailtheresearchonnewrollerswith lowresistance,lownoiseandlonglife.MethodandproessThroughinnovativeresearchonoptimizationofthestructureof the idler,improvementofmaterialproperties,andmanufacturingproceses,theresearchgoalsofthenewidlerareachievedwitha rotatingresistanceoflessthan1.5N,anoiseoflessthan6OdB,andaservicelifeof1oooohours.Throughcomparative analysisofdataafterindustrialuse,thenewidlerhasobviousadvantagesinreducingenergyconsumptionofbeltconveyorsand reducingmaintenancecosts,providing strongsupportfortheeficientandstableoperationoftheconveyorsystemundercomplex conditions in coal mines.
