Abstract:Aimingatthecommonproblemssuchasinsuffcientcrack fillng,lowconstructionefciencyandpooroveral structuralstrengthinthedesignandconstructionoftraditionalgroutingpipesinminingenginering,thispaperproposesanew grouting systemcomposedoflightweight,high-strength,andexcelentcompresivepropertiesforminingompositegroutingpipes. Thesystemconsistsofafirstgroutingpipeandasecondgroutingpipe.Itutilizesitsdetachable,high-presureresistantand permanentsealingcharacteristicstoachieveeficientgroutingandstructuralstrengthening.Onthebasisofsystematicaly introducigthetechnicalandeconomicadvantagesandbasicstructuralcompositionofthecombinedgroutingpipeline,itsspecific applicationtechnologyinmineconstructionisfurtherelaborated.Relevantresearchresultshaveimportantpracticalvaluefor improvingtheconstructioneficiencyofmineprojects,improvingpouringqualityandenhancingtheoverallstructuralstrength, and provide strong technical support for theconstructionof mine infrastructureunder complex constructionconditions.
