Abstract:DuringtheautomatictransformationofthestraightopeningoftheGuhaiLiftIrigationMainCanal,thereisa certainerrorbetween themeasurementandcontrolintegratedgateinstaled.Inordertoimprovetheflowmeasurementaccuracy oftheultrasonicflowmeterinthefrontmeasuringboxoftheintegratedmeasurementandcontrolgate,thestraightopeninggate ofthechanelandthewatermeasurementfacitiesareseparatedandimproved.Thegatecontrolstheflowofthebucketcanal. Anultrasonicmeasuring troughisinstaledonthebucketcanal.Theultrasonictransducerembeddedonthesideofthe measuringtroughandtheultrasonicliquidmeterabove themeasuring trough jointlymeasuretheflowofthebucketcanal.The testshowsthatusingthegatetocontroltheflowandmeasuringtheflowinthechanelseparately,thewaterflowinthe chanelisstable.Setingthemeasuringchannelonthechannelcanimprovetheacuracyofflowmeasurementatthestraight opening,andatthesametime,thecontrolofthegate,datamonitoringandflowcalculationandanalysiswillnothaveimpact. Throughthereconsructionof the T3O6bucketmouthof Tongxin ThreeMain Canal,themeasurementaccuracywascompared underdiferentworkingconditions,andthemeasurementerormettheautomaticflowmeasurementstandardofthebucketmouth canal in the irrigation area.

新中国成立以来,我国开始对渠道进行流量测流和计量,从最初利用渠道断面进行测流,到后来利用已建成的水闸、堰槽和量水设施等水工建筑物进行量测水,随着社会的发展测量水的精度和设备的先进性都得到提升,到目前利用超声波流量计、电磁流量计等自动化测流设备进行测流,对流体的测量计量技术发生了根本性的变化。(剩余6535字)
