Abstract：InthefieldofearlywarninginformationreleasebusinessinAnhuiProvince，therehavelongbeenprominent problemssuchaslowaccuracyinsuffcientinteligenceandinsuffientpubliccoverage.Inordertofundamentallysoehese problemsandimprovethequalityandeficiencyofearlywarning informationrelease，the"AnhuiProvinceEmergencyWarning ShortMessageSendingPlatform"hasbeendevelopedbasedontheintegrateddatainfrastructureplatformoftheAnhuiProvincial DataResourcesBureautointegratemulti-sourcedataesourcestoensureextensiveandcomprehensiveinformationsources;；J2EE enterprise-levelspecificationsandB/Sarchitectureareadoptedtoensurethatthesystemhasstrongcompatibit，stabilityand scalability.Theplatformhasmanyfunctionssuchasaccuratecolectionofvariousearlywaminginformationstandardizedentryof data，strictqualitycontroltargetedreleaseofmessgesapid5Gpush，andcomprehensiveresultfeedbackstatistics.Curetly theplatformhasbeenputintocommercialtrialoperation.Duringthetrialoperation，itshowedgoodstability，greatlyiproved accuracyinactualearlywarning informationreleasescenarios，andaccuratelypushedearlywarning informationtopeopleinthe targetarea.Thepubliccoveragewassignificantlyexpanded，efectivelyimprovingAnhuiProvince'searlywarninginformation inteligentandprecisetargetedreleasecapabilitiesalsoprovideexamplesforotherregionstolearnfromintheconstructionof early warning platforms.
