机械零部件制造过程中的偏差检测及控制

Abstract:Inordertoefectivelycontrolmanufacturingdeviationsofmechanicalpartsandimprovemanufacturingaccuracy andqualitythestudyconductedin-depthdiscusionsonthecommongeometricshapedeviations,geometricpositiondeviations andassmblypositiondeviationsinmanufacturing.Intheresearch,thereverse tracingalgorithmwasusedtobuildadeviation transfernetworkmodeltoaccuratelyidentifytheerrorsourcesofvariousdeviations;withthehelpoftheweightedsemi-local centralityalgorithm,thekeynodesinthedeviationtransfernetworkweredeterminedbyintegratingindicatorssuchasnode strengthandbetwennesscentrality;usingaself-adjustingweightingmethod,dynamicallyadjustingnodeandpathweights accordingtomanufacturingealitiestocontrolerortransfer;Introduceaeal-timeonlinemonitoringandfedbacksystem,collect databyinstalingsensorsndusemachinelearningalgorithmstoanalyzeittoachievedynamicdeviationcontrol.Theresults showthatthisseriesofmethodscanaccuratelylocateerorsources,clarifykeynodes,reasonablyregulateerrortransmision paths,acuratelycollctandanalyzedatainaimelymanner,andautomaticallycorrectdeviations.Insummarythecollration ofmultiplemethodscanefectivelyimprovethelevelofdeviationdetectionandcontrolinthemanufacturingprocessof mechanicalpartsandoptimizethemanufacturingprocess.Withthedevelopmentoftechnology,itwillprovidemorepowerful support for the machinery manufacturing industry in the future.
