市政污泥压滤中薄层铺泥技术的优化研究

Abstract：Inviewoftheproblemof poorpressurefltrationefectcausedbynarrowwidthanduneven thicknessof mud pavingduringmunicipalsludgepressurefiltration，apipeline-chamberfiniteelementmodelwasestablishedbyoptimizingthe structureofthemudpavingchamber，andtheFluentflowfeldnumericalcalculationwasusedtosimulatethesludgeflow process.Thepressurenephogramsattheoutletendbeforeandafteroptimizationwerecompared.Finallexperiments were carried outonthemudpavingchamberbeforeandafteroptimizationunderthesameconditionstoverifytheaccuracyof the optimizationmodelandsimulationmethod.Theresearchresultsprovidestrong technicalsupportforthesubsequentresearchand development of sludge pressure filtration equipment.
