Abstract:High-speedlasercladdng technologycannotonlyachievelow-deformationandhigh-performancerepairof slenderpistonrods,butalsosignificantlyimprovecladingeficiencyandpowderutilizationratetoobtainhigh-precisionsuface qualityThroughcladdingrepair,itdoesnotneedtobemachinedanddirectlygroundandpolished.Itcangreatlyimprovethe processngeficiencyoftherepairprocessandreduce materiallosswhichplaysanimportantroleinenergyconservation, environmntalprotection,costreductionandeficiencyimprovementinenterpriseproduction.Bydiscussngandanalyzingthe applicatiobackground,developmenttrendandcurentsituationatomeandabroad,thispaperdemonstratesthefeasibilitynd necesityofhigh-speedlasercladdngintherepairofslenderpistonrods,andshowsthatitcanimproveproductcompetitiveness and promote laser manufacturing technology.
