离子色谱法与紫外分光法测定核电厂设备冷却水中亚硝酸盐含量的比对研究

Abstract:Thedeterminationof nitriteincolingwaterofnuclearpowerplantequipmentbyionchromatography(IC)and Ultraviolet-VisibleSpectrophotometry(UV-Vis)wascomparedandanalyzed.Thesuitabilityofthetwomethodswasevaluated systematicallbycomparingthelinearityofstandardcurve,detectionlimitandquantfcationlimitaccuracyprecisionand repeatability. The results showed that the linearity of standard curves was good (R>0.999 ),and the recoveries were 96.7%~ (20号 105.0% .In practical application,the detection limit(0.0036mg⋅L-1) and quantification limit (O.O12 mg·L-1) of ion chromatography arelower,whichissuitableforlowconcentrationdetection,butthelong-termstabityofmeasurementisrelativelypoor( RSD= (204 5.22% ),andstrictcalibration(suchassingle-pointcalibration)isneeded toensurethereliabilityof data.UVspectrophotometry issimpleand stable (RSD=1.21%),suitable for daily analysis.
