Abstract:Basedonthe dataof 2O2boreholesin Xiamenarea,thispaper focusesondiscusing thevariationlawsof soil shearwavevelocitiesV2OandV3Ounderdiferentgeologicalconditionsandtheirrelationshipwithgroundmotioncharacteristics, andalsoevaluatestheshear wavevelocityontheseismicperformanceof buildings.Theresearch resultsshow thatV2Oand V30 canbeefectivelyusedinearthquakeengineringpractice,butrelevantparametermodelsstillneedtobefurtheroptimizedto improvetheiraplicationaccuracy.Thispaperprovidesimportantscientificbasisforsiteevaluationandarchitecturaldesignin earthquake engineering.
