Abstract:Groutingmachinesplayanimportantroleinengineringconstruction,andthereliabilityoftheirhydraulicsystem isdirectlyrelatedtotheeficiencyandqualityofgroutingoperations.Inthispaper,themaincylinderhydraulicsystemofa groutingmachineistakenastheresearchobject,anditsfaultmodeissystematicallystudiedbyusingfaulttreeanalysisethod. Taking "theoilcylinderdoesnotstart"and"theoilcylinderdoesnotreciprocate"asthetopevents,afaulttreemodelis constructed,theintermediateeventsandbotomeventsthatcausethefailurearesystematicallsortedutandanalyedndthe dailyinspectionandmaintenancecontentsandmethodsarelistedforthemaincomponentsinthesystem.Inorder totake preventivemeasures inadvanceandreducethesystem failurerate.Theresearchresultsshowthatthefaulttreeanalysismethod canefectivelyrevealthepotentialfaultmodesofthemaincylinderhydraulicsystemofthegroutingmachine,providetheoretical basisandpracticalguidanceforsystemfaultpreventionandrapiddiagnosis,andtherebyhasimportantapplicationvaluefor engineering.
