Abstract：Theindustrialcontroldatacollctionandmanagementsystemdrivenbyinformationtechnologydeploysa distributeddatacoltionarchitecture，angesinteligentsensingquipmentinkeyprocssoftructuralstrengthestingnd buildsafull-processdatacolectionnetwork.Testdataconfimedthatafterthesystemwasputintooperation，thetestefciency wassignificantlyimproved，thequaltyandstabilityoftestdatawereenhanced，andthelevelofequipmentmanagementeached anewlevel.DepLearning Algorithmsareusedtoanalyze testdataandachieveaccuratepredictionof testdata quality. Practicehasshownthatinformationtechnologhasimportantaplicationvalueinthefieldofindustrialcontrollayingasolid foundation for the digital transformation of intensive technical majors.
