高原地区碳纤维复合材料风机叶片的雷击损伤研究

Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentofmycountry'swindpowerindustry,theinstalledcapacityofwindpowerhas exceded40Omillonkilowats,rankingfirstintheworld.Withthedevelopmenttrendoflarge-scaleunitcapacity,carbonfiber reinforcedpolymers(CFRPs)havebecomethekeymaterialsforultra-largefanbladesduetotheirexcelentperformance.However, itselectricaltemalandmechanicaldamagechracteristicsunderlightingsrikeconditionsserouslyfectthereliabiltoffan blades.Thispapersystematicallyanalyzesthedamagemechanism,ifluencingfactorsandprotectivemeasuresofCFRPfan blades underlightningsrikes.Studieshaveshownthathigh-amplitudelightningcurentscancauseseriousthermaldamageand mechanicalpropertiesdegradationofmaterials,andthespecialenvironmentalconditionsinplateauareasfurtheragravatethis problem.Inresponsetothesechalenges,thispaperdiscusestheapplicationefectsofprotectivetechologiessuchasmetalgrid systemsandconductivecoatings,andloksforwardtofutureresearchdirections.Theresearchresultscanprovideimportant reference for the lightning protection design and safe operation of ultra-large fan blades.
