采煤机负压二次降尘系统的改造设计与应用研究

Abstract:Thisstudyadresesfrequentfailuresofthespraypump,instabilityofthewaterreplenishmentsystem,andnozzle clogginginthenegativepresuresecondarydustsuppressionsystemofthe MG650/1630-WDcoalmining machineatth113 upperO5workingfaceofacoal mineinShandong.Basedonnegativepresure fieldtheoryandhigh-pressurewater mist sprayingtechnology,optimizationmeasureswereproposed,includingreplacingthespraypump,optimizing thewatersupply system,upgradingthewaterreplenishmentcontrolsystem,andredesigningthenozzes.Theinnovativeintegationofintellgnt waterreplenishmentcontrolandspraysystemlinkageimprovedsystemresponseandreliability.Theresultsshowedthatthetotal dust concentration at the working face decreased from 210mg/m3 to 90.2mg/m3 ,and respirable dust concentration reduced to (204 43.2mg/m3 ,with a dust removal efficiency improvement of 10.65% .The optimized system operated stably,with maintenance costs reducedbyapproximately150ooRMB,andtheworkingenvironmentandgreenproductionlevelssignificantlyimproved.
