Abstract:Thispaperintegratesadvancedtechnologies,includingmoderncommunication,Intemetof Things(IoT),computing, streamingmediaconvergenceapplications,toconstructsaninteligentdrainagecomprehensivemonitoringplatformfordrainage systembasedonGIS.Theplatformbreaksthetransmissonbarrers between diferentdatasourcesandrealizes thedatasynergy, aimingtoenhancetheeficiencyofvisualizedoperationmanagementandrapidonlineresearch.Theplaformestablishthedata cockpitfunction,ealizingcomprehensiveoperationandmaintenancemanagementofallelementsofdrainagefacilitiesandthe wholedrainagebusinessprocessandprovidingpowerfuldecision-makingsupportfordailymaintenanceofdrainagefaclities, floodcontrolandprojectconstructionsafetymanagement.Theplatformisofgreatsignificancetoimprovetheoperationand maintenance management of drainage system and promoting the sustainable development of urban areas.
