Abstract：Thispaperintegratesadvancedtechnologies，includingmoderncommunication，Intemetof Things（IoT），computing， streamingmediaconvergenceapplications，toconstructsaninteligentdrainagecomprehensivemonitoringplatformfordrainage systembasedonGIS.Theplatformbreaksthetransmissonbarrers between diferentdatasourcesandrealizes thedatasynergy， aimingtoenhancetheeficiencyofvisualizedoperationmanagementandrapidonlineresearch.Theplaformestablishthedata cockpitfunction，ealizingcomprehensiveoperationandmaintenancemanagementofallelementsofdrainagefacilitiesandthe wholedrainagebusinessprocessandprovidingpowerfuldecision-makingsupportfordailymaintenanceofdrainagefaclities， floodcontrolandprojectconstructionsafetymanagement.Theplatformisofgreatsignificancetoimprovetheoperationand maintenance management of drainage system and promoting the sustainable development of urban areas.
