Abstract：Spraydust suppressonisanimportant link inthemineproduction process.Withtheimprovementof mine automationandinformation technology，traditionalspraydustsuppressondevicescannolongermeettheneesoftheurrent mineinformationdevelopment.Thispaperdesignsanintellgentspraydustsuppressoncontrolle.Thehardwaredesignincudes powersupplycireuit，controlcireuit，communicationcircuit，signalinputcircuit，signaloutputcircuitandotherparts.Tesoftware includesmainprogram，screenprogram，inputsignalreceivingprogram，datastorageprogram，Spraycontrolprogramsandother partshavefunctionssuchasremote wirelesscommunicationandinteligentstartandstop.Through testing，thecontrollerachieved the expected functions and provided a more inteligent and effcient solution for mine dust control.
