——以西北工业大学柔性电子学人才培养体系为例

Abstract:Withtherapidadvancementof technology,flexibleelectronicshasbecomeakeyfocusinglobalresearchand industrialdevelopmentreatinganincreasingdemandforinterdisciplinaryiovativetalent.NorthwestePolyechncalUiesity (NPU)hasactivelyexploredandinovateditstalentcultivationsystem,takingtheleadinestablishinganundergraduateprogram inflexibleelectronicsandconstructinganintegratededucationsystemspanningundergraduate,masters,anddoctorallevelsto mettheidustrysnedforhigh-levelinterdisciplinaryprofesionals.TisstudysummarizesNPUstalentcutivationpathwaysin thefieldofflexibleelectronics,withaparticularfocusonthediferentiatedtrainingmodelsforacademicandenginering graduatestudents,theconstructionofamulti-evelcuricuumsystem,theintegationofinterationalducatioalresoucs,and theinovationininterdisciplinarycoursesByimplementingmodularcoursedesign,personalizedtrainingmechanisms,and internationalresearchcolaboration,NPUhasenhancedthedepthofeducationalresourcesandimprovedstudentsresearch capabilitiesandpracticalaplicationskills.Additionally,throughinternationalacademicexchangesandcolaborations,the universityhasbuiltaglobaleducationplatformtostrengthentheinterationalifluenceofthediscipline.Thestudydemonstrates thatNPU'sinnovativetrainingmodelefectivelyfostersinterdisciplinarytalentandprovidesvaluableexperienceforthe developmentofflexibleelectronicsasadiscipline.Movingforward,theuniversitywillcontinuetooptimizeitstalentcultivation systemtopromote interdisciplinaryintegration,supporttechnological innovation,andcontribute toindustrialadvancement.
