Abstract：Focusingonthegoalof high-qualitydevelopmentofapplication-orientedundergraduatecolegesanduniversities， thispaperanalyzesthecurrntdeficienciesandpointsoutthatthesubjectconstructionshouldbeguidedandplanedfromthe subjectconstruction.Itoptimizesthedisciplinestructure，strengthenstheconstructionofadvantageousandcharacteristic disciplinesandcarresouttheconstructionoforganizedscientificresearchplatformandbuildaninovationsystem，aaches importancetotheconstructionofscientificresearchteamsandidentifydisciplineleaders，promotestheintegrationofdisciplines andspecialtiesandimprovestheutilizationrateofresoures.Italsopromotesthecross-integrationofdiferentdisciplisand specialtes，formsnewacademicgrowthpointsandinovationpoints，encouragesthelatestscientificresearchresultsandteaching conceptsintoteaching，improvethedepthandbreadthof teaching，andpromotestheoveralldevelopmentofscholteachingand scientificresearch，soastodeepentheconnotationofhighqualitydevelopmentofapplicationorientedundergaduatecoeges.
