Abstract：ThecourseofShipFastnesscloselyfollowsthepositioningofHarbinEngineering Universityas"ThreeSeasand OneNucleus"，enrichestheteachingcontentoftheideologicalandpoliticalcourse，stimulatesthestudents’interestinthis specialtyandtheirenthusiasm toserveforthenationalshipandoceanindustry，combinesthenewnedsoftalenttraining with thegoalofacceleratingtheconstructionofastrongmarinecountryinChina，andstimulatesthestudentssenseoffamilyand countryandthesenseof misionofservingthecountrywithscienceandtechnology.Byimplementingadual-trackapproachin teachingorganizatio，studentsaretransformedintothemainbodyofideologicalandpoliticaleducationincourses.Thisenables thecordinated interactionbetweenprofessoalknowledgeimpartingandideologicalandpoliticaleducationincourses，ensuring thatideologicalandpoliticaleducationrunsthroughtheentirecourse teachingprocess.Asaresult，remarkable teaching inovationachievementshavebenmade，andateachingachievementinnovationreporthasbeenformed.Thearticleisdivided intothreemainparts：teachingpracticeexperience，reflection basedonthecourseandthecontentof teaching inovation， discovering andsolvingtherealproblemsintheteachingprocessofthecourseofShipFastnessideology，andtheresultsof the newteaching modeanditspromotionvalue.Basedontheabovethree mainpartsofthespecificcontentonebyoneelaboration， theformationoftheintroductionofinnovativeachievementsasthemainbody，interspersedwiththeintroductionofteaching practice experience and reflection of research report on ideological and political teaching models.
