Abstract：Withspecialcharacteristicsintermsofgeographicdataandapplicationareas，MarineGeographicInformation Systemisacomprehensivecoursencompassingmultipledisciplinaryfields，suchasoceanography，geographyemotesensingand mapping，aswellascomputerinformationtechnologyAsarelativelynascentmajorofMarineResourceDevelopmentTechnologyin China，thelackof acomprehensivelydevelopedknowledgesysteminthe MarineGeographic Information Systemposesachalenge forteaching.Inresponsetotheevolvingdemandsoftalentcultivationpaternsinuniversitiesandutilizingtheadvantagesof engineeringcolleges，thetrainingprogrammeandteachingpattenspecificallyforthecourseofMarineGeographicInformation Systemhaveben designed.Wehavetransformedrelevantengineringpracticesandscienticresearchintodigitalteaching resources，therebyenhancingtheeffectivenessof teachingandprovidingtechnical supportforotherprofessionalcorecourses.
