Abstract：Grasrots Partybuildingisakeypathwayforgraduateeducationtoachieve thefundamentaltaskofcultivating virtueandtalent.Ingraduateeducationorientedby"research-orientedtalentcultivation"，researchteamshavereplacedthe traditionalclasssystemasthemainarenaforgraduatestudenttrainingandhowtoachievethecordinatedadvancementof grassootsPartybuildingandteamresearchactivitiesamonggraduatestudentshasbecomeacurentworkpriority.Thispaper takestheGraduateStudentPartyBranchofthePrecisionPlasticFormingLaboratoryatHuazhongUniversityofScienceand Technologyasacasestudytoexploretheintegrationmodel，pathways，andachievementsofgrassrotsPartybuildingand researchteammanagementingraduateeducation.ByanalyzingthepracticalexperienceofthePartybranchinorganizational construction，institutionalsupport，andinnovationinactivityformats，thispaperrevealstheimportantroleoftheintegrationof Partybuildingandresearchinhancinggraduatestudentsieologicalandpoliticalliteracyresearchandiovationcapabilitis， andteamcohesion.ItaimstoprovideusefulreferencesforgrarotsPartybuildingingraduateeducationinuniversiesandto promote the high-quality development of graduate education.
