Abstract：Inresponsetotheshortcomingsofthecurentinnovationandentrepreneurshiptalentcultivationmodelfor electricalmajors，thisstudyexplorestheintegrationofprofesionaleducationandentrepreneurshipasapathtobuildanew modelforcultivatingcollgestudents'innovationandentrepreneurshipabiliesthrough"fourforcesenhancement".Schoolsnd enterprisesjointlybuildaninnovationandentrepreneurshipteachingcaselibraryandinteralandextemalpracticalteaching bases，constructanintegratedplatformof"production，learing，research，compeition，andinnovation"，implementa"four integration"talentcultiationprcessof"specializediovationandducationcompetitionandiovationintegatioeeach andinovationaistaceandidustryndiovatiointegratio"，syemticallesigultimesioalultiid andmulti-scaletalentcultivationqualitymonitoringandevaluationsystem，establishadynamicregulationmechanismfortalent cultivation，implementcomprehensieandfullycleamicegulation，andfothe"fourforcesandfourstrengts"oflectrical majors.Theresearchresultsoftheintegratedinnovationandentrepreneurshiptalenttrainingmodelhavesignificantreferenceand guiding significance.
