Abstract：ProbabilityTheoryandMathematicalStatisticsisafundamentalandcompulsorycourseforstudentsmajoringin scienceandengineeringanditisalsoaprofessonalfoundationcoursethatcanefectivelycultivatestudentslogicalthinking ability.Studentscanimprovetheirstatisticalliteracythroughthestudyofprobabilitytheoryandmathematicalstaistics，thus layingthefoundationfortheirsubsequentprofessionalcoursesThisarticleelaboratesonthenecesityandmodularcomposition ofimplementingtheteachingmodelof"learning，life，andresearch"inprobabiltytheoryandmathematicalstatistics，helping studentsbuildadisciplinaryknowledgesystem，improvingtheirinovationabilityandproposingsolutionstorelevantproblemsin course teaching.Theauthorcombinescoresponding teaching casestodemonstrate howtobuild teachingmodulesduring the teaching process for reference.
