Abstract：Bilingualeducationplaysapivotalroleincultivating high-qualityprofesionalswithintemationalperspectiesand open-mindedness.ThisstudyexplorestheaplicationofablendedteachingmodelinthebilingualcourseFoodHygieneat ordinaryuniversitiesinwestemChina，basedonacomprehensiveanalysisofthechalengesiimplementingbilingualeucation andthecharacteristicsof blended teaching.Theresearch focusesonthedesignandreformoffourkeycomponents：front-end analysis，bilingualenvironmentconstruction，instructionalactivitydesign，andteachingefectivenessevaluation.Theblended teachingmodelnotonlyfacliatesstudents'masteryofprofessionalknowledgebutalsofostersaninteractiveleamingamosphere， significantlyenhancingpedagogicaloutcomes.Thispracticeprovidesareferentialframeworkforimprovingtheeficacyofbilingual education.
