Abstract：Toadapttothedemandsof the"Maritime Power"strategyandthe"BeltandRoad"initiative，andtocultivatea groupofprofesionaltalentswithsolidexpertise，patrioticdedication，craftsmanshipandinovativespiritinthefieldofport， waterwayandcostalgieingthisppereplorsteitegationofdeologicaladliticalucationitoeoeoueof Coastal Hydrodynamics.Theexplorationfocusesonthereformoftheteachingsylabus，theconstructionofteachingcontent，and theinovationofteachingmethods.Theresearchoutcomesarebeneficialfornurturingprofessonalsinthefieldofport，waterway andcoastalengineringwhopossssasenseof patritism，craftsmanship，andsocialresponsibilityFurthermore，thisstudycan provideguidanceforexploringandpracticingthecourse-basedideologicalandpoiticalducationmodelinotherenginering disciplines.
