Abstract:Thermal manufacturing coursegroupisthecore basic course group of mechanicalundergraduate majors with distinctivaerospacecharacteristicsandmultidisciplinaryintegrationinBeihangUniversityThecoursesincludeEnginering MaterialsScience,Engineering Thermology,AerospaceManufacturingEngineringFoundationandotherseriesofcourses.The curriculumgroupactivelypromotesthecuriculumandideologicalandpoliticalsystemforadvancedmaterialprocesingofaero engineandspacecraftstructuremanufacturing,andputs forwardtheknowledgestructureand’currculumsystemof thermal manufacturingscienceandenginering,whichisorganicallintegratedintothetrainingsystemofmechanicalenginering profesionalsThecuriculumconstructionstrengthensthecultivationofstudentsintegratedsystemengineeringthinkigof "design-material-thermal manufacturing-equipment-process-quality",andimprovesthecoherenceandepochalcharacterofthe manufacturingcuriculumgroup,anditalsostrengthensideologicalandpoliticalelementssuchasaerospacethermal manufacturing, andenhancesstudents‘initiativeandsenseofgaininginlearninghardtoachievethestrategyofmanufacturingpower.This paperexploresthecombinationofprofesionalknowledgeandideologicalandpoliticaleducationinthepracticeofthemal manufacturingcuiculumgroup,implementsteconstructionofthecuiculumgroupsystemof "Engineering Materials-Thermal Basis-ThermalManufacturingProcess"withdistinctiveaerospacecharacteristics,andconstructsarelativelycompletesetof educational knowledge framework system to help the quality of aerospace personnel training.
