Abstract：Facedwith thecontinuousincreasing presureofemployment competitionand thegrimand complicated employmentsituation，theemploymentofcolegegraduateshasalwaysbeenhighlyvaluedbytheCPCCentralCommiteeandte StateCouncil，thisrequiresthattheemploymentworkincollgesanduniversitiesshouldpaymoreatentiontohowtoimprove theemplymentabilityofcolegestudentsinthepersoneltrainingsystem，andhelpthemformascientificandperfectability structurewhichissuitablefortheemploymentmarketenvironment，willbethepresentstageandthefutureuniversitytalented personraisethecenterofgravityandthecenter.Throughthedetailedanalysisofthenedsoftheemployabilityofcollge students，thispapermakesadeepanddetailedexplorationofthechannelsforimprovingtheemployabilityofthestudents majoringinmaterialmoldingandcontrolengineeringinlocalcolegesanduniversities，basedonthedemandchangeofnew businessforms，the paperputs forwardthatthesystem plaform of postcapacitydemandfornewengineeing talents shouldbe established，andthetheoreticalmodelofemploymentabilitystructureforcolegestudentsshouldbeconstructed，toadjustthe trainingobjectives，gaduationrequirementsandcuriculumsystem，wemustintegratetheindustrydemand，currculumsstem， teacherresources，teachingmethodsandmethodsontheprofessionalplatform，inordertopromotethestudents‘employabilityand cultivatetheompeitiveadvancedaplication-orientedtalentsitisecesarytoformtheclosed-lopofindustrydemandand specialty construction.
