交通双碳背景下新能源科学与工程专业人才培养研究

Abstract:Thetransportationdualcarbonstrategyaimstoachievethelowcarbonandcarbonneutralgoalsinthe fieldof transportation,andprovidesarealisticpossibilityforthegreentransformationandinovativedevelopmentinthefieldof transportation.Inthiscontext,thenewenergyscienceandengineeringmajorwasborn.Accordingly,thetrainingofprofssional talentshasbecomeanimportantsubject.Thispapertakesthecultivationof talentsinnewenergyscienceandengineringunder thebackgroundofdualcarbonintransportationastheresearchobjetandfirstdiscusesthecurentsituationoftalent cultivatiointhenewenergyscienceandengineeingmajorfromthreedimensions:cuiculumseting,practicaleducation,and mentorguidance.Then,thefour"ability"directionsofprofessionaltalentultivationarepointedout,andthefivemajorpractical predicamentscurrentlyfacedbyprofessionaltalentcultivationareclarfied.Finally,fourfeasiblepathsareproposedtopromote theimplementationofthedualcarbongoalsintransportationandsupportthecultivationofprofessonaltalents,includingbuilding aninovation-drivenprofessionaleducationsystem,establishingapractice-orientedtalentcultivationmodel,settigupa personaliedgrowthmentorempowermentsystem,andestablishingaplatfomforindustry-educationintegrationandschoolenterprise cooperation,etc.
