交通双碳背景下新能源科学与工程专业人才培养研究

Abstract：Thetransportationdualcarbonstrategyaimstoachievethelowcarbonandcarbonneutralgoalsinthe fieldof transportation，andprovidesarealisticpossibilityforthegreentransformationandinovativedevelopmentinthefieldof transportation.Inthiscontext，thenewenergyscienceandengineeringmajorwasborn.Accordingly，thetrainingofprofssional talentshasbecomeanimportantsubject.Thispapertakesthecultivationof talentsinnewenergyscienceandengineringunder thebackgroundofdualcarbonintransportationastheresearchobjetandfirstdiscusesthecurentsituationoftalent cultivatiointhenewenergyscienceandengineeingmajorfromthreedimensions：cuiculumseting，practicaleducation，and mentorguidance.Then，thefour"ability"directionsofprofessionaltalentultivationarepointedout，andthefivemajorpractical predicamentscurrentlyfacedbyprofessionaltalentcultivationareclarfied.Finally，fourfeasiblepathsareproposedtopromote theimplementationofthedualcarbongoalsintransportationandsupportthecultivationofprofessonaltalents，includingbuilding aninovation-drivenprofessionaleducationsystem，establishingapractice-orientedtalentcultivationmodel，settigupa personaliedgrowthmentorempowermentsystem，andestablishingaplatfomforindustry-educationintegrationandschoolenterprise cooperation，etc.
