Abstract:Thisstudyadress theneedforeducationalreforminnew engineringdisciplines intheAIera.Drawing on yearsofexperienceinguidingnewengineringwriting,itrevealsthealienationofAItechnologyintraditionaleducationandits detrimentalimpactongraduatestudents‘creativethinking.BasedonthecomplementarydiferencesbetweenAIandhuman thinking,thestudydesignsa"reversestimulationofendogenouscreativethinking"educationalparadigm.Throughafourdimensionalframework-"promptoptimizationandchainquestioning,interdisciplinaryintegrationandinnovation,logical deconstructionofwritingframeworks,andgrowthtrackingandmotivation"-itovercomesthelimitationsoftraditionalability cultivationandthecognitivedeprivationcausedbyAIalienationestablishingatripartitecolaborativeevolutionmechansm involving mentors,AIandstudents.AppliedinthesmartgriddisciplineofnewengineeringusingDepSeekacademicwriting, themodeldemonstratesitsabilitytotranscendtraditionalknowledgetransmisionandfosterendogenouscreativethinking.This explorationprovidesareferencefortalentcultivationreformintheAIeraandinsightsintoahuman-AIsymbioticeducational ecosystem.
