Abstract：ThecourseofEngineering HydrologyandWaterResourcesManagementisanimportantengineeringcourseinthe majorofenvironmentalscienceandengineeing.BasedonthecurrentteachingsituationofEngineeringHydrologyandWater Resources Management，thispapersummarizesthepainpointofideologicalandpolitical teachingof modern hydrologycourse. Theideologicalandplitical elementsofthehydroogycoursearesummedupfromfiveaspects：socialistcorevalueseducation， idealandbeliefeducationecoogicalcivilztionducationandprofessionalqualtyeducation.Specificteachingrefoeasures areproposedbyoptimizingteachingcontent，reformingteachingmethods，andimprovingasessentmethods.Anewteaching methodofEngineeingHydrologyandWaterResourcesManagementbasedonideologicalandpolicalcuriculumisestablished， soastointegrateideologicalandpoliticalcuiculumintothewholeprocessofcultivatingoutstandingtalentsinthefieldof environmentalprotection，andprovideareferencefortheconstructionofhigh-qualityteachingsystemofEngineringHydrology and Water Resources Management.
