新时代工科专业学位研究生校企联合培养模式改革与探索

——以土木工程专业为例

Abstract：Inthecontextofthenewera，theschol-enterprisecooperationtrainingmodeforgraduatestudentsmajoringin civilengineringshouldactivelyadapttothedevelopmentofthetimes，deplypromotethereformofngineringeducationand takethecultivationofhigh-levelapliedtalentswithhighlyunifedvocationalandacademiccharacteristicsasthefundamental goal.Thisstudymainlyelaboratesandanalyzestheprominentproblemsinthecurrntschoolenterprisecooperationtraining modelfromtheaspectsoftrainingobjectivesandpositioning，curiculumsystemconstruction，and"dualmentor"system.Onthis basis，innovativeideassuchasrestructuringthetrainingprogram，strengtheningpracticalcondions，andleadingtheforefront wereproposed，andaseriesofrefommeasuresincludingnewtrainingprograms，diversifiedcuricuusystemconstruction，dual teachersystemconstruction，andplatformbaseconstructionwerespecificallyputforwardtodeeplypromotetheintegrationof industry，academia，and research and establish a long-term talent cultivation mechanism.
