新时代工科专业学位研究生校企联合培养模式改革与探索
——以土木工程专业为例

Abstract:Inthecontextofthenewera,theschol-enterprisecooperationtrainingmodeforgraduatestudentsmajoringin civilengineringshouldactivelyadapttothedevelopmentofthetimes,deplypromotethereformofngineringeducationand takethecultivationofhigh-levelapliedtalentswithhighlyunifedvocationalandacademiccharacteristicsasthefundamental goal.Thisstudymainlyelaboratesandanalyzestheprominentproblemsinthecurrntschoolenterprisecooperationtraining modelfromtheaspectsoftrainingobjectivesandpositioning,curiculumsystemconstruction,and"dualmentor"system.Onthis basis,innovativeideassuchasrestructuringthetrainingprogram,strengtheningpracticalcondions,andleadingtheforefront wereproposed,andaseriesofrefommeasuresincludingnewtrainingprograms,diversifiedcuricuusystemconstruction,dual teachersystemconstruction,andplatformbaseconstructionwerespecificallyputforwardtodeeplypromotetheintegrationof industry,academia,and research and establish a long-term talent cultivation mechanism.
