Abstract：ThecultivationoftheabilitytosolvecomplexengineeringproblemsiscurrentlamajorchallngeinChina's higherengineringeducation.Foralongtime，thetalentscultivationinmechanicalengineeringmajorshaslackedconsideration forsolvingcomplexengineringproblemsandhasmostlyreliedontraditionaleducationalmodels.Themechanismforcombination oftheefortsofenterprises，univeitiesandresearchinstutionshasnotbeenefectivelyestablishedandimplemented，which canotprovidepowerfulsupportforthecultivationofstudents’abilitytosolvecomplexengineringproblems.Inresponseto theseproblems，a"triplereconstruction"majorconstructionmeasureisproposed，whichinvolvesreconstructionofthemajor cultivatingsystem，reconstructionoftheeducationalandteachingproce，andreconstructionofhepracticalteachingplatfor. Thecomprehensivereformofundergraduatemajorconstructioninmechanicalengineringispromotedcontinuouslywithafocus on"improvingtheabilitytosolvecomplexengineringproblems".Throughmorethanadecadeof majorconstructionpractices， good results have been achieved in talents cultivation and major construction.
