Abstract：Undertheeducationalconceptof integrationofproductionandeducation，colegesanduniversitiesarerequiredto constructanewmodeofpersonneltraining.MineralProcesingEngineeringfocusesontherationaldesignofpracticalcourse system，strengthensmulti-gentcollaboratio，andefectivelyonstructsanintegratedpracticalplatfomforindustryunivesity research，whichisjointlybuiltbyindustries，enterprisesanduniversities.Throughtheimprovementofprojectandcompetie teachingmethods，theconstructionofshool-enterprisetutorteamandtheconstructionofdiversifiedpracticebases，aprogresive practicalteachingtalenttrainingmodebasedonexploration-research-practice-imovationisformed.Itfocusesonsolvingthe problemthatthestructure，qualityandlevelofpersonneltrainingcan'tfullymettheneedsoftheindustryunderthetraining modebasedontheoutputconcept，providingstudentswith moreopportunitiestomettheneedsoftherealindustry，and effectivelystrengthenngstudentsengineringpracticeabilityandteamworkspirit，whichisconducivetocultivatinghighquality innovative talents to meet the needs of the new era.
