Abstract:Undertheeducationalconceptof integrationofproductionandeducation,colegesanduniversitiesarerequiredto constructanewmodeofpersonneltraining.MineralProcesingEngineeringfocusesontherationaldesignofpracticalcourse system,strengthensmulti-gentcollaboratio,andefectivelyonstructsanintegratedpracticalplatfomforindustryunivesity research,whichisjointlybuiltbyindustries,enterprisesanduniversities.Throughtheimprovementofprojectandcompetie teachingmethods,theconstructionofshool-enterprisetutorteamandtheconstructionofdiversifiedpracticebases,aprogresive practicalteachingtalenttrainingmodebasedonexploration-research-practice-imovationisformed.Itfocusesonsolvingthe problemthatthestructure,qualityandlevelofpersonneltrainingcan'tfullymettheneedsoftheindustryunderthetraining modebasedontheoutputconcept,providingstudentswith moreopportunitiestomettheneedsoftherealindustry,and effectivelystrengthenngstudentsengineringpracticeabilityandteamworkspirit,whichisconducivetocultivatinghighquality innovative talents to meet the needs of the new era.
