Abstract：Inthecontextoftheconstructionof theNewEngineeringprogram，theemergencytechnologyandmanagement majorisfacingchallengessuchasstrongtechnicaloverlap，highpracticalrequirements，andurgentindustrialdemands.Tis articlepropossthcostructionof"thdimensioalfusiofoudeprogresio"nteligentacingmodeldesigs adiversifiedteachingevaluationsystemcoveringdimensionssuchasknowledgemasterypracticalabiltyovativethinking，and teamcollboration.Itcombinesprocessandsummativeevaluation，ndfocusesonfeedbackandapplicationofevaluationresults. Byempoweringthereconstructionofthecurrculumsystem，inovationofteachingmethods，andreformoftheevaluationsystem throughdigitaltechology，solutionsareprovidedforcultivatingcompositetalentswithengineeringpracticeabilityovative thinking， and emergency literacy.
