新文科背景下地方高校校企合作模式创新研究

Abstract：ThedepeningoftheNewLiberalArtsinitiative，coupledwithregionalindustrialtransfomationncesiatestat localuniversitiesovercomestructuralbotleneckstofosterdpercolaborationwithenterprsesGoudedintheinterdiscipliary andpractice-orientednatureoftheNewLiberalArts，thisstudyinvestigatescriticalchallengesinuniversityenterprise cooperation，indinggoalmisaligment，urculudstrymismatchfragmentedgoverancestrctures，andinadquatesouce integratin.Troughadeconstructionoftethdimensionalframework-"colaborativelogc-practicaldilemmaspathgenatio"- thisstudyunveilstheintrisicarierstoinnovationincooperativemodels.Thefindingssuggstthatexistingchallengesstem frommultiplestructuraldisjunctions，particularlythemisalignentbetwentalentdevelopmentgoalsandsocietaldemands.In response，thisstudyproposesatriadicdrivingframeworkencompasingthreedimensions：goals，instiutions，andresources. Establishdynamiccuiculumadaptationmechanismstoaligneducationalcontentwithevolvingindustrialfrontiers;Construct strtifiedgoveranceommunitiestodelineateresponsiblitiesandclarifyaountabilityDevelopual-cycleresourcecoodination networkstofaciliatetheintegrationofeducationalandindustrialresources；Leveragepolicyempowermenttodismantle instiutionalbariersThisstudyontributesadualframeworkoththoreticalandpracticalforfosteringniovationosytem characterizedbytheintegrationofeducationand industry，university-enterprisesymbiosis，andregionalrevitalization.
