Abstract：Practicalteaching isanefectivewaytoenhance thecomprehensivequalityofapliedtalentsinlocalapplied undergraduateuniversities，butitisrelativelyweakintheteachingprocess.Basedontheproblemsofcurriculumsystem， platformlevel，andfacultystrengthinpracticalteachingofcivilengineeringmajorsinlocaluniversitiesinChina，tainghecivil engineering majorof HuanghuaiUniversityasanexample，startingfromtheconstructionofpractical teachingsystem，the constructionof practicaleducationplatform，andthecreationof practicalrainingcenter，thisapersystematicallexpoundsthe correspondingmeasuresforpracticalteachingofcivilengineringmajorsinlocalappliedundergraduateuniversities，andcreatesa practicalteachingpathforcivilengineringmajorsthatintegratestheory，virtuality，government，scholandenterprise，and industry university research.
