Abstract：Explaining theimportanceoftheideologicalconstructionand teachingdesignof Modern ControlTheorycoursein thecontextofnewengineringdisciplines.Fromthethreeaspectsofcourseconstructionobjectives，constructionprinciples，and constructioncontents，thispaper discuses howtoconsolidatethefoundationofcorecoursesforengineringmajorsandstrengthen thefoundtionoftalentcultivationincolegesanduniversities，soastspeciallyformulatetheblendedteachingandlearing designschemeforthecourseofModernControlTheoryScientificteachingdesign，startingfromclarifyingteachingobjectives， enrichingteachingcontent，usingblendedteachingmethds，andrefoingassessmentmethods，isthemissionandresponsibilityof professionalteachersinuniversities.ItisalsotheconstructiongoalandteachingdesignpurposeofModem ControlTheorycourse.
