Abstract:Explaining theimportanceoftheideologicalconstructionand teachingdesignof Modern ControlTheorycoursein thecontextofnewengineringdisciplines.Fromthethreeaspectsofcourseconstructionobjectives,constructionprinciples,and constructioncontents,thispaper discuses howtoconsolidatethefoundationofcorecoursesforengineringmajorsandstrengthen thefoundtionoftalentcultivationincolegesanduniversities,soastspeciallyformulatetheblendedteachingandlearing designschemeforthecourseofModernControlTheoryScientificteachingdesign,startingfromclarifyingteachingobjectives, enrichingteachingcontent,usingblendedteachingmethds,andrefoingassessmentmethods,isthemissionandresponsibilityof professionalteachersinuniversities.ItisalsotheconstructiongoalandteachingdesignpurposeofModem ControlTheorycourse.
