信管院系数据人才渐进融合式培养与项目式教学改革研究

——以南昌大学为例

Abstract:IntheeraofbigdataChina'sdatascienceeducationisbooming,buttheinformationmanagementdepartments (IMDs),whicharecloselyrelatedtoit,lagbehindthefieldsofComputer,MathematicsandFinanceindatatalentstrainig.Tis iscausedbytheinacuratepositioningandgoalsofdatatalenttrainingandunreasonabledevelopmentideasinmost IMDs. Basedonthis,thispaperatemptstoproposedevelopmentideasandteachingmodelsthatareinlinewiththetrainingof data talentsinIMDsofChineseuniversies.Onthebasisofanalyzingthediferentdevelopmentideasindatatalentcultivationin currentinformationmanagementdepartments,thestudyproposedthatthegradualintegrationdevelopmentismoreinlinewiththe mainstreamdirectionofdatatalentcultivationinmostIMDs.Atthesametime,takingtheteachingreformpracticeofDeparment ofInformationManagementatNanchangUniversityasanexample,theprogresiveintegrationdevelopmentofdatatalentsinthe department and the process and key points of project-based teaching reform practice are explored.
