Abstract:AdvancedBiochemistryisoneofthemaincoursesforgraduatestudentsinscience,enginering,agricultureand medicine.Itscontentishighlytheoretical,theknowledgepointsarecomplexandtheintroductionistoosimple,andthe experimentaloperationsarediffculttounderstand.Intheabsenceofefectiveteachingmethodsandmeans,thegraduate students‘enthusiasmforlearningisgenerallynothigh,andthelearningefectispoor.Thispapertakesthethree-dimensional structureof proteinsinChapter1ofAdvancedBiochemistryasanexampletodesigntheteachingcontent.During theteaching implementationprocess,teachigndideoogicalducationwilleintegatedmphasingteombiationoftoreticalatio andpracticalactivities,andreal-timesharingofideologicalandpoliticalstoriesrelatedtothcontent.Thoughteachingmethos suchascaseanalysis,classroomdiscusion,andpracticaloperation,theteachingobjectivesandideologicalandpolitical objectiveshavebeencariedoutinthesamedirection.Thisstudyprovidesreferencefortheimplementationandpromotionof ideologicalandpoliticaleducationinthecourseofAdvancedBiochemistry,andalsoprovidesreferencefortheconstructionof ideological and political education in other courses in the field of chemistry.
