Abstract：AdvancedBiochemistryisoneofthemaincoursesforgraduatestudentsinscience，enginering，agricultureand medicine.Itscontentishighlytheoretical，theknowledgepointsarecomplexandtheintroductionistoosimple，andthe experimentaloperationsarediffculttounderstand.Intheabsenceofefectiveteachingmethodsandmeans，thegraduate students‘enthusiasmforlearningisgenerallynothigh，andthelearningefectispoor.Thispapertakesthethree-dimensional structureof proteinsinChapter1ofAdvancedBiochemistryasanexampletodesigntheteachingcontent.During theteaching implementationprocess，teachigndideoogicalducationwilleintegatedmphasingteombiationoftoreticalatio andpracticalactivities，andreal-timesharingofideologicalandpoliticalstoriesrelatedtothcontent.Thoughteachingmethos suchascaseanalysis，classroomdiscusion，andpracticaloperation，theteachingobjectivesandideologicalandpolitical objectiveshavebeencariedoutinthesamedirection.Thisstudyprovidesreferencefortheimplementationandpromotionof ideologicalandpoliticaleducationinthecourseofAdvancedBiochemistry，andalsoprovidesreferencefortheconstructionof ideological and political education in other courses in the field of chemistry.
