Abstract:Onthebasisof in-depthexplorationoftherichcootationof educatorspirit,thispaperstudiesthevalueimplication ofeducatorspirittohedevelopmentofcollgeteachers,especiallheoleofimprovingthedeologicalandpolicalabilityof colege teachersInordertoachievethisgoal,theresearchadoptsthemethodofcombiningtheorywithpractice,andpointsoutthe currentpracticalallegesfcedbycollegeteachsineimpovemntofuuluieologcaladolitcalabilitysucaste lackofabilitymodel,thelackofideologicalandpoliticalelementsminingabilitytheimperfectevaluationmechanismandthe imperfectcoordinationmechanism.Finallthispaperputsforwardspecificactionpaths,suchasbuildingatheoreticalmodelof teachingabilitypromotingthesharingofeducatioalresources,reformingtheassessentandevaluationmechanismandperfecting thecordinationmechanism,withthecoreoftheconstructionofteachersethics.Theaimofthestudyistoenrichthespiritual connotationofcollgeteachers'curriculumthinkingandpolitics,improvetheirteachingabilityofcurriculumideologyandpolitics, and promote the conformal development of higher education through the guidance of educators‘ spirit.
