立德树人与研究生思政教育的协同建设研究

Abstract：Fosteringvirtueandcultivatingpeople，thefundamentaltaskofeducation，thePartyseducationalpolicies，isnot onlytheessenceandmissonofeducationinourcountry，butalsotheonlydirectionforeducationalreformanddevelopment. Graduatetutorsasthekeyandprimaryroleingraduateeducation，notonlyshouldtheystrengthentheirownmoralandthestyle ofeducation，butalsoshouldintegratethisprocessofstrengtheningself-cultivationintotheprocessoftheideologicaland politicaleduationofgraduatestudents，sothatcanachievetheoptimalefectoftwo-wayintegrationandcolaborative construction.Therefore，intheonstructionofthereownmoral，graduatetutorshouldunderstandtheconnotationandultiategoal offosteringvitueandcultivatingpeopledeeplycombinetheconstructionofteacher'smoralandthestyleofeducationwiththe ideologicalandpolicaleducationofgraduatestudentsclosely，teachytheirwordsandbehaviors.Andteachersshouldcombine theconceptsofideologicalandpoliticaleducationthroughscientificresearches，courses，personalities，culturesandsituatios，to constructandsetupthetwo-waycoperativesystemofideologicalandpoliticaleducation.Itisthemostdirectandinfluential wayofieologicalandpoliticaleducationforgraduatestudents.Thispaperdeplydiscussestheconnotationof teachersmoral construction，thenecesityofthetwo-waycoperativeconstructionoftheteacher’smoralonstructionandthegraduatestudents ideologicalandpoliticaleducation，aswellasthewaytoattainthetwo-waycollaborativeconstruction.Welokforwardto makingactiveexplorationfortheimplementationoftheuniversitysfosteringvirtueandcultivatingpeopletuskandtherealization ofthe"Three Holistic Education".
