Abstract：TheleadershipofuniversityPartybuildinghasbecomethefundamentalprinciplefortheresearchofuniversity goverancesystemandtheimprovementoftheefectivenessofmoraleducationandtalentculivation.Constructivismanduniversity Partybuilding haveunityintheory，practice，andgoaldimensions，providingtheoreticalguidanceforconstructingaparadigmof universityPartybuildingleadingthedevelopmentofuniversties.WestrengthenacademicresearchonPartybuilding，construct Partybuildingtheories，anewsituationofacademicresearchonPartybuildingareformed.Byrelyingoninternettechnology，the cultivationofmoralcharacter，profesionalteaching，disciplinaryresearchsocialservices，internationalxchangesandcultural propaganda werebeingnewcontentsof Partybuildingwork.Partybuilding werecariedoutfromthreedimensions：academic research，technicalsupport，andtheintegrationandpromotionofPartybuildingandprofessionalwork，anewmechanismforthe integratioandpromotionofPartybuildingandprofesionalworkarebuilt.TransfomingtheonptofPartybuildingfroilusion to reality，thegoal of educating people for the Partyand talentsfor thecountry would beultimately achieved.
