Abstract:Inthecontextofthenewengineringdisciplines,itisbothanurgentandalong-termtask tocultivateadiverse andinnovativegroupofoutstandingengineeringandtechnologytalents.Facedwiththerealitythattraditionaleducationmodelsin engineeringcanotadapttothenewnomalofeducationalreforms,howtoinnovateteachingmethods,adjustteachingstrategies, andenhanceteachingqualityhasbecomeacommonchallengefortraditionalengineeringdisciplines,suchashydraulic engineringconstruction.TakingthecourseofHydraulicEngineeringConstructionasanexample,throughin-depthanalysisof thecharacteristicsandcurrentsituationofthecourse,acomprehensivediscussonontheinnovationoftheteachingmodelfor hydraulicengineeringconstructioncoursesisconducted.Tisinnovationisprimarilybasedonadvancededucationalconceptssuch ascolaborativeeducationandproblem-orientededucation.Ateaching-asessment-practiceintegratedemployment-oriented educationmodelisproposed,withteachingasthesupprt,asessmentasthemeans,practiceasthepath,andemployentas Theultimategoal.ThepromotionofthismodelwillfurterstimulatethereformofeducationandteachinginHydraulic Enginering Constructioncourses,providingbeneficialguidanceandreferenceforrelevantprofessionalteacherstoimprovethe qualityof course teaching and meet the talent development needs in thecontextof thenew enginering disciplines.
