基于产教平台的专业学位研究生多维协同培养模式探索与实践

——以水利类专业为例

摘  要:在如今国家战略规划和产业进步急需高水平创新人才之际,改革专业学位研究生培养机制迫在眉睫。该文分析专业学位研究生培养产教融合现状及存在的问题,提出多维协同培养模式,并以水利类专业为例介绍实践经验及成效,为提升专业学位研究生培养过程中的产教融合水平提供思路。

Abstract: Nowadays, when the national strategic planning and industrial progress urgently need high-level innovative talents. It is urgent to reform the cultivation mechanism of professional degree graduate students, this paper analyzes the status quo of industry-teaching integration of professional degree graduate education and the existing problems, proposes a multi-dimensional collaborative cultivation model, and introduces the practical experience and effectiveness with water conservancy as an example to provide ideas for the enhancement of the industry-teaching integration in the cultivation process of professional degree graduate students. The study provides ideas for improving the level of industry-teaching integration in the cultivation of professional degree graduate students.
